OUTREACH is a public benefit non-profit organization established in 1979. Our mission is to connect vulnerable populations with information and assistance that will help them to live independently and with dignity in the community. OUTREACH provides information and referral about resources focused on mobility solutions for seniors, low-income individuals, Veterans, persons with varying abilities and caregivers.
